Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or appointments to discuss our products or services.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, or other forms of communication to prospective clients to introduce Quality forensics and our offerings.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, interests, and pain points.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products or services, addressing prospects' questions and objections.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for our sales representatives or account managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

    Requirements
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
