Korpi Lawn & Landscape is an established Landscape and Landscape maintenance located in the Helena Valley. Korpi offers year round employment for employees. Korpi is seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience running a crew of at least three, experience with landscape maintenance equipment, and is proficient in medium weight equipment.

Job Functions:
  • Manage activities on the job site
  • Manage personnel effectively and efficiently.
  • Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best practice.
  • Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accuarately.
  • Always maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules effectively and efficiently.
Compensation:
  • 22-30 per hour DOE
  • 50% coverage on employer offered health insurance
  • employee buy in options for dental and vision insurance
  • 401K/retirement plan offered to vested employees
