Job Title: Manager with Server/Bartender shifts available

Looking for an ambitious manager to assist the GM in the management and oversight of front of house. There are also opportunities for serving or bartending shifts to supplement the schedule.

Duties:
  • Comply with proper safety & sanitation regulations and practices
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures
  • Complete opening/running/closing duties as assigned
  • Point person for discounts, voids, and questions from staff
  • Guest services expert
  • Support staff as needed
  • Communicate with GM about shift details, employee discretions, etc.
  • Reliably the first or last person in the building
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers/employees
  • Maintain personal appearance and hygiene
  • Enforce company policies
  • Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Team Members and guests pursuant to the CPG Restaurant SOPs
  • Server/bartender duties as shift requires

Requirements:


  • Management experience, including experience as a server, bartender and manager
  • Excellent understanding of guest complaint protocol
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Food handler certification
  • BASSET certification
