What's your day like?

As a Full-Time Executive Coordinator at LATG, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Managing office supply inventory, preparing expense reports, and supporting financial activities are just a few of the key responsibilities you will handle with precision and efficiency. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in maintaining calendars, attending meetings to take notes, and assisting in the development of presentations. Additionally, you will manage phone calls, emails, and incoming mail, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly. Your ability to multitask and adapt quickly will be invaluable as you assist in various company activities and processes, contributing to the overall success of our team.

To excel in the role of Full Time Executive Coordinator at LATG, candidates must possess a minimum of three years' experience in an administrative role supporting senior management. The ability to uphold strict confidentiality protocols regarding company and employee information is paramount. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong time-management abilities to coordinate multiple projects efficiently. Proficiency in office productivity tools is required, coupled with a willingness to learn new software and systems as needed.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Three or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
