As the backbone of our operations, you will drive the consistent achievement of production schedules, aiming to surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with our strategic goals. Your responsibility extends to orchestrating a harmonious collaboration across various departments, optimizing resources, and spearheading initiatives that bolster productivity, quality, and on-time delivery—all within budgetary confines.

Championing a "safety first" ethos, you'll lead by example, embedding continuous improvement and safety protocols into the fabric of our operations. Your proactive approach will enhance operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and setting standards that resonate with our commitment to excellence.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A seasoned leader with over five years in a managerial role within production, boasting a background in supervisory roles within a manufacturing context. Assembly, metal fabrication, and paint experience are highly regarded.
  • Skills: A strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving, data analysis, and leveraging technology to streamline processes. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable effective conflict resolution and team development.
  • Knowledge: A deep understanding of manufacturing financial metrics, inventory control, and operational processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, underpinning your expertise and strategic vision.

Minimal travel is required for this role, allowing you to focus on driving performance and innovation within our facilities.
