Our dedicated development and engineering teams build unique tools that enable our partners to deploy, manage, and monitor their customer's services in real time. Our unique platform reduces required site visits or truck rolls, speeds-up trouble resolution, and identifies wide-area network issues before they become a problem.

SUMMARY

As a Partner Development Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting (sales) Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other agents to represent NUSO's suite of cloud communications solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network and will be instrumental in driving growth for the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Partner Recruitment:

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit qualified Managed Service Providers and agents to become part of NUSO's partner program.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events to attract potential partners.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective partners to understand their business needs, align NUSO's solutions with their offerings, and convey the value of partnering with NUSO.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and support to ensure partner success and satisfaction.

Program Promotion:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for NUSO, effectively communicating the value proposition of the partner program and the benefits of representing NUSO's solutions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on partner enablement activities, pipeline development, and partner performance.
  • Provide regular updates on partner recruitment progress and contribute insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent job experience
  • Proven experience in partner recruitment, channel sales, or business development within the technology industry, preferably in cloud communications or related fields.
  • Understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem and channel partner dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, learning management systems, and other relevant software applications.
