Seeking a motivated individual who wants to take on responsibility with a growing locally owned full-service sign company. Lots of potential for advancement. Experience in the field is required serious candidates only please. This is not a job posting for a graphic designer.

Position entails the following responsibilities:
Always represent the company in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
Provide oversight for medium to large size projects, manage all aspects of cost estimating, quality control, scheduling, customer and vendor communication, and project closeout.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications; communicate effectively with general contractors and architects.
Build estimates ranging in value from $10,000 to $100,000+ - that capture all cost components using project appropriate means and materials.
Understand ADA sign code regulations and ensure shop drawings and completed products are compliant.
Perform thorough quality checks of finished material before it leaves the shop for installation.
Manage all aspects of project scheduling including communication with the client, tracking of material procurement / fabrication, coordination with installation teams.
Conduct professional and complete on-site surveys including meeting with clients and understanding the coordination needed for illuminated signage needing power.
Create complete permit application packages and work with local jurisdictions to apply for permits, track progress, and fulfill all code requirements. May entail working with special departments such as Historic Districts, Landmark, Urban and Sign Comprehensive Plans.
Develop relationships with local vendors, acquire and maintain current pricing for materials used in the manufacturing process.
Be detail oriented and possess a sharp eye for quality control.
This position is for an individual who has signage experience, wants to learn and grow in their position, self-starter and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
