Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $55,000 and with your monthly bonuses attained, you should expect to be around $75,000+ for the year
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $58,000 and our top earners made $95,000+ last year."

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized advice.
Inbound Inquiries: Address incoming inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions to clients' questions.
Policies Customization: Create and recommend insurance plans that align with each client's individual needs.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional insurance products.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Development: Stay abreast of industry trends and updates to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
Licensure: Active Missouri Property and Casualty License preferred.
- Experience: Background in insurance sales or a related field highly desirable.
