Job Description:

Arrow Alliance Industries is seeking a highly qualified Contractor Project Manager. The Contractor Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for the overall coordination and management of all work activities and personnel under the task order. This role ensures that all contractor performance is in compliance with the task order's terms and conditions, and manages day-to-day operations, including acting as the primary point of contact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily work activities and address questions related to project tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with task order guidelines provided by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Advise the COR on any staff work schedule changes.
  • Facilitate coordination and obtain concurrence among stakeholders for major development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in a lead or management role.
  • Proven ability to manage technical projects and personnel effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
