Job Summary/Purposes


The Operations Associate manages the proper flow of merchandise in and out of the stockroom to ensure sales generation and minimilization of losses through proper inventory control. He/she supports the Store Manager in all responsibilities regarding the stockroom and the store.


Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Unpack, ticket and sensor merchandise as necessary
  • Ensure all transfers (in and out) are entered into the system at the time of processing
  • Check merchandise for damage
  • Report all receiving errors, inconsistencies or negatives on-hand to Store Manager
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts to ensure accuracy of on-hand inventories
  • Organize the product in the stockroom according to set criteria
  • Assist in replenishing merchandise on the sales floor
  • Ensure the overall organization of the stockroom, shipping and receiving areas is maintained to Company standard
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility in schedule and working hours
  • Ability to professionally interact with management, coworkers and clients
  • Inventory preparation and execution
  • E-Commerce and FarFetch fulfillment
  • Ensuring the proper store supplies are ordered and filled in as necessary
  • Packing and labelling of outgoing transfers, shipments and client purchases

Essential physical duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Unload/load merchandise from/to truck
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to lift, hang and move merchandise and other items
  • Lift and break down boxes
  • Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of shift
Requirements:
