The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for a professional who will be responsible for keeping track of and organizing all products located in the dry storage, walk-in coolers, and freezers for each venue located on site.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  1. Proper FIFO (First in First out) rotations.
  2. Receiving/unpacking deliveries and dating product.
  3. Monthly Inventory counts for data control.
  4. Assists the Executive Sous Chef in ordering supplies and keeps records and accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  2. Previous direct kitchen experience is required.
  3. Ability to obtain a Washington Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
