Location: On-site in office in Denver, CO
Reports to: VP, Procurement

The Sr. Procurement Manager reports to the VP, Procurement and plays a critical role in acquiring equipment for data center specific projects, as well as, managing suppliers and tracking procurement performance for the organization. This role works closely with the Construction, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver on-time equipment and services for Prime’s various data center projects in the US.

Job Details:
  • Directly negotiates agreements with suppliers to deliver against business objectives while achieving sustainable relationships with strategic suppliers for the success of current and future construction of data centers. 
  • Collaborate with Construction, Finance, Solutions Engineering, and Legal teams to identify and support business objectives.
  • Make optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources, and scope, and apply advanced technical and business knowledge to address major risks, challenges, and obstacles.
  • Manage contracts including renewals, document management, and risk management.
  • Create and track KPI’s and regularly report progress to leadership.
  • Facilitate contractor RFP's in support of Prime's objectives in a timely and efficient manner
  • Lead the development of long-term department strategies, playbook to ERP optimization and integration with Project Management tools.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing required.
  • 4+ years experience in Data Center, Mission Critical, or Infrastructure fields highly preferred.
  • Construction services, contract management, change management and contract negotiation experience preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, and ERP Systems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
