Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software procurement, contract negotiation, and contract management.
  • Knowledge of various software types, including perpetual, term, and subscription agreements, as well as IT products.
  • Experience with electronic procurement or contract solutions (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of information technology and software terminology.
