Key Responsibilities:


  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and presence across all marketing channels. Help to enhance the company's brand image and reputation.

Qualifications:


  • Education: High school diploma required - college preferred but not required
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a people facing role (retail, restaurant, customer service, etc.) - NO MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong writing and content creation abilities.
  • Attributes: Creative thinker, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
