Technical Account Representative- Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Account Representative. The right candidate will have fundamentals to achieve ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. If you have an outgoing personality and a genuine interest in sales to work to create lasting partnerships and close sales strategically then we want to speak with you We are a growing company and looking for a candidate that wants to build a long-term career We offer a competitive salary with potential to earn commission pay and an opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Utilize research methods to obtain potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Learn to build pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Close on sales and work with clients through the closing process
Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggest appropriate products.
Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
Follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
Keep customers informed about new technological products.
Compile proposals and reports related to technical products.
Ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
Report to management about sales made.
Update records of customer communications and contact information

Technical Account Representative Requirements

Willingness to learn persuasive language to close on sales
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance
A valid drivers license and a willingness to travel extensively
A bachelors degree in IT, business, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience

This is a remote position.
