POSITION SUMMARY:

All Together Recovery LLC (ATR), provides multiple levels of ASAM SUD/BHSO care, including recovery housing, education, job training, employment, and other recovery related extensions to the family in for-profit and non-profit environments. As Project/Property Manager (PPM) the main responsibilities would include assisting and leading any new building projects/renos as well as assisting with draw-ups including rough, final design and architecture. The PPM is responsible to maintain all building codes, licenses and permits. They will act as the main liaison for all contractors, state, and local building professionals. Ensuring all AODE, CARF and NARR requirements are met or exceeded. The PPM will be responsible for budgets, quotes, and pricing of all materials. The PPM will be responsible for scheduling and project time management as well as performing some basic and semi-skilled construction projects themselves. This includes all ATR owned, leased, rented, or managed properties.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRMENTS:

  1. Must have a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
  2. Participate in all necessary staff meetings.
  3. Be proficient in all ATR rules, policies, and procedures.
  4. Model servant leadership.
  5. Operate with integrity in all circumstances.
  6. Communicate effectively and be responsive to verbal and written correspondences.
  7. Oversee the coordination of building space allocation, layout, and facility expansion.
  8. Manages all documents on OneDrive or Dropbox.
  9. Liaison between partners, sr. executive staff, state building officials and contractors.
  10. Manages construction maintenance and purchasing of items needed for maintenance.
  11. Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications including cost estimates.
  12. Inspects construction and installation processes and progress.
  13. Initiates a planned PPM program of facilities to include water heaters, HVACS and other equipment needing scheduled maintenance.
  14. Manages inventory of tools.
  15. Oversees the cleanliness of all facilities.
  16. Oversees the lawn and landscaping of all facilities.
  17. Attend all necessary training sessions as provided.
  18. Develop in house training programs.
