Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in on-site property management as an Assistant Community Manager. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work on Saturday or Sunday if the 3rd of the month falls on that day.
  • CRM and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.

Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
