We are looking for confident SERVICE  ADVISOR   to help us drive business in our Service Department at our  Buick/GMC Dealership in Marion. The successful candidate will be responsible for basic service requests (i.e .oil changes) Success is at your fingertips if you are eager to learn, results-oriented and thrive in a fun, customer focused, team environment. Job Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional guest experience
Greet the guest at their car

Utilize Service Lane Tools (Savi, Xtime)
Perform a vehicle walk around with the guest, looking for obvious damage, lighting concerns, tire wear and windshield wiper wear.
Obtain guest and vehicle information accurately and enter into the DMS (name, phone, email, address, vin and mileage)
Monitor the progress of guest vehicles in the shop and update the guest throughout the day via email, text or phone.
Establish long term relationship with guest.
Ensure quality guest surveys to the manufacturer.
Establish guest follow up plans.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Ability to multitask

Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere
Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
Ability to generate and/or build a loyal client base
