GoReact is the #1 tool for skills-based learning, used in over 800 colleges and universities across the world. Our tools are used for teaching skills in communication, language training, teacher education, health professions, performing arts, and more. We’re helping a new generation of students learn the skills they need to be successful when they graduate.
One of the biggest keys to our success is the strength of our team. To support our growth, we’re expanding our reach and adding another National Account Executive to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with college faculty, department heads, and/or corporate professionals in the U.S. and internationally to sign up new GoReact customers.
- Identify sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead follow up, networking, and referral relationships.
- Manage a variety of lead sources, including ADR sets, website pricing requests, call-ins, and others.
- Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of GoReact’s products to effectively communicate the significant value that GoReact’s skill development platform brings to educational environments.
- Manage the sales process and effective time management of qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close stages.
- Travel several times per year and meet customers and prospects at conferences.
- Work with your team as well as the rest of our company to help us market effectively and create a terrific GoReact experience for our new customers.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings, and other business issues relevant to the position.
- Document daily sales activities in SalesForce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipelines, perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue, and communicate activities to sales management.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience with higher education learning technologies strongly preferred. We are not likely to advance any candidate who does not know this market.
- Proven track record of being in the top 10%-20% in previous sales roles
- Previous outbound prospecting and lead generation experience
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to be powerfully persuasive and develop a consultative relationship
- Ability to listen, earn trust, consult, and ask for a sale with potential clients
- Ability to work well on a team
- Flexibility in working outside of normal hours in order to close deals
- Personal drive to be in charge of your own territory and work hard each day finding new accounts
- An outgoing, friendly personality who gets along with all types, old and young.
- Solid computer skills – internet, Microsoft Office, etc. – be technically self-sufficient.
- Experience with Salesforce (especially) and Outreach is ideal
