The Digital Campaign Coordinator is an expert in coordinating the execution of all aspects of digital project management and publishing for email, SMS and social media campaigns. Reporting to the Partner Development Manager, this detail-oriented individual plays a key role in Partner communications, both external and internal. The successful candidate will be able to work at both strategic and tactical levels to bring a variety of campaigns to life and drive desirable Partner experiences and ministry outcomes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate the execution of email, SMS and specified social media campaigns related to Partner communications

· Oversee and manage digital calendars for all email and SMS communications for KCM, Victory Channel, FlashPoint and Victory News

· Own and manage the email, SMS and social media content calendars to ensure that all plans are in conjunction with communication efforts and deadlines

· Drive email and SMS performance through effective strategy, content, segmentation and personalization

· Support the communication of key messaging on all platforms, ensuring it is consistent and cohesive

· Assist in the creation and editing of video and photo content for emails and social media posts

· Assist in the development and management of email, SMS and social media marketing strategies

· Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics for emails that conform to email code and server requirements, as well as social media images and videos

· Optimize graphic elements in the email design process for desktop and mobile

· Understand and manage automated processes in the marketing automation platform.

· Work closely with our email and SMS provider to plan and execute emails and SMS messages

· Work directly with internal groups to get executive approval for digital campaigns

· Thoroughly ensure quality assurance for all digital campaigns

· Track, analyze and report results of digital campaigns

· Present learning from A/B testing and make recommendations for improvements/next steps

· Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance.

· Assist in the development and management of effective segmentation strategies, campaigns, and test methodologies for email and SMS campaigns

· Keep abreast of the industry best practices and provide recommendations for internal strategies

· Responsible for tracking project workflow and ensuring all project delivery dates are met for both internal and external clients.

· Participate in our annual Southwest Believers’ Convention

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or another related field preferred

· Minimum 3-5 years email marketing and social media experience preferably in non-profit or agency environment

· Attention to detail and excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong understanding of email and marketing automation platforms, email service providers and deliverability

· Goal oriented, self-motivated, understanding and utilizing effective time management practices, creative, analytical thinker, detail oriented, conscientious, consistent, progressive.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Must be detail oriented and very accurate.

· Must be self-starter/assertive and extremely dependable.

· Able to think through situations and make responsible decisions.

· Must be able to manage high volume of work and be able to switch from job to job quickly mentally and physically.

· Able to prioritize work efficiently, effectively manage time and be organized.

· Must be capable of working independently with little supervision on assigned projects and must meet deadlines.

· High level of maturity/confidentiality required.

EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

· Standard office equipment including PC computer, printer, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, etc.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, telephones and other office equipment.

· Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to pull, push, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, move or carry equipment.

· Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:

· Must be detailed, organized and communicative.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Works in a normal office environment

· Typically works Monday-Thursday, 8:00a-6:00p, with the possibility of working late some evenings.

OTHER:

· Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives

· Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension and division
