Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processing.

Telephone Assistance: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.


Requirements
