Singer Industrial strives to efficiently improve customer productivity with innovative industrial solutions, while providing employee growth and opportunity. We serve a diverse market portfolio including petrochemical, oil/gas, food & beverage, OE equipment, marine, MRO, construction, rental supply, power generation and mining. We do this with a robust line of fluid power, hose & fittings, belts, seals & gaskets, pneumatic and automation products, and services.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Ability to learn, understand and complete without error, both Domestic and International shipping and receiving processes
  • Pull customer orders and complete transfers as needed
  • Load and unload truck shipments as needed
  • Put materials away and store inventory properly
  • Perform inventory counts on product
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain the highest quality standard when packaging products for shipment
  • Enforce company policies and procedures as it relates to job requirements
  • Assist to maintain a clean working warehouse and complete duties effectively and efficiently
  • Other duties assigned by management as needed


Desired Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Strong Computer literacy and proficiency
  • Previous experience in customer service role in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Clean Driving Record, and Valid State Issued Driver's License
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs, on a regular basis
  • Ability to efficiently operate a forklift
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated self-starter, with ability and experience working with a team
