Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of equipment to meet operational demands. This role involves improving maintenance-related non-productive time ratios of Product Line assets within the Maintenance Base and enhancing maintenance efficiency and personnel productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and Close-Out Maintenance Work Orders
  • Perform Maintenance Scheduling
  • Conduct Equipment Initial Maintenance Evaluations
  • Reconcile Post-Job Resources
  • Dispose of Equipment
  • Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability-centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history
  • Comply with TLB Product Line standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement culture, initiatives, and improvement plans within MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD)
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, including reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts, and repair authorization numbers, failures, and work-in-process
  • Implement CoSD projects, such as planned repair and reuse of parts
  • Participate in failure investigations as assigned
  • Comply with the TLM Competency Management System
  • Load and Unload equipment
  • Maintain the Yard
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relative experience
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Shipping/Receiving Experience
  • Forklift or Overhead Crane equipment a plus
  • Frac knowledge/experience

The compensation and reference to benefits for this role are listed on this posting in compliance with applicable law. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll.

At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated hourly salary rate is $19.00-$21.00.
