Insurance Verification Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time Insurance Verification Specialist/Contact Center Agent to join our exceptional team in Manasquan, NJ office. The ideal candidate will combine an engaging personality with an ability to maintain organization in a busy environment. This patient-oriented individual will also be able to meet the following job description and possess the following skills requirements. An extensive training program will ensure proficiency prior to independent work.

Duties and Responsibilities -

  • · Achieve daily productivity set forth by management
  • · Contact Insurance companies to obtain patient outpatient physical therapy benefits
  • · Review benefits for determination of patient responsibility
  • · Take calls from patients to obtain demographics, schedule and review benefits/responsibility
  • · Document and record all correspondences with insurance company and patients within appropriate systems
  • · Promote and adhere to HIPAA compliance
  • . Strong communication and patient experience skills
