What you’ll be doing

  • Help the program Supervisor make phone calls to secure staffing coverage when there are call-ins.
  • Maintain appropriate ratio for the buildings by completing rounds at the 3 AFC homes and 1 apartment program (8 units total)
  • Assist the Program Coordinator/Supervisor with training, orientating, and mentoring of staff.
  • Inventory and order office supplies, program supplies, and miscellaneous supplies as needed.
  • Act as the Safety Officer for the building, completing all necessary documentation and drills. Ensure all regulatory safety procedures are followed. Serve as an active member of the Safety Committee.
  • Assist the Program Supervisor with special projects as assigned.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned.

Anticipated Work Schedule

  • Sunday-Wednesday 11pm-7am
  • Off Thursdays
  • Every other Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am

On Call Rotation (frequency varies by location)

  • 1 week every other month

On Call Compensation rates

  • Outside Normal Business Hours (Monday-Sunday): Employees will receive an additional $2 per hour. If an employee is called in or needs to address an issue that requires more than 8 minutes of their time, they must report the incident and will be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the duration of the task.
  • Holidays: Employees will receive an additional $3 per hour for hours worked on designated holidays.

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree preferred in a medical field with three years’ experience in related setting
  • At least one year of supervisory experience preferred
  • At least two years working in TBI setting is preferred
