Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients as well as working to add new Key Accounts to our brand portfolio. The Sales Advisor will be tasked with achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts.
  • Understand the clients' business objectives and provide solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Develop account plans and strategies for growth, including setting sales targets and forecasting sales volumes.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, such as sales revenue and profitability, and take proactive steps to address any issues or gaps.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in key account management, sales, or business development roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' business objectives and articulate how our products/services can address their needs.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans to drive growth.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
