As a Facilities Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting various systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, and performing repairs on process equipment such as overhead cranes, hoists, welding machines, milling machines, and towveyors. Your role will also involve the application of electronics, relay logics, PLC’s, and three-phase electricity knowledge, as well as the ability to effectively use electronic schematics, ladder diagrams, technical manuals, and test equipment.

Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of previous experience in an industrial environment setting.
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, and PLC Programming.
  • Preferred: Associates Degree or equivalent (i.e., Technical school certification) in the field of advanced electrical/electronics or other related field.
  • Preferred: Computer literacy.
  • Ability to work from various heights including, but not limited to: ladders or AWPs (Aerial Work Platforms).
