Position Summary: Recognized by the team and clients for their leadership and marketing expertise, Account Directors are a model business partner for our clients. Account Directors help identify client business needs and assist them in developing successful solutions. They are responsible for delivering the highest level of service to clients and delivering revenue growth to the agency. Account Directors are passionate leaders providing strategic vision for the team with a broad, agency-wide, responsibility for ensuring all departments work together to provide the best quality products and service to our clients.

Minimum Skills & Requirements:

  • What You Bring:
    • Ten plus (10+) years of account management experience across advertising, adtech, or brand side businesses.
    • Five plus (5+) years of people management experience, with proven frameworks to building great client facing teams.
    • Prior experience working in the business marketing industry and across multiple clients at the same time.
    • A proven track record in leading marketing teams and managing enterprise accounts.

    • You easily “connect the dots”, for both clients and internal teams, in a way that allows all stakeholders to understand your thinking.

    • You are exceptional at building and maintaining healthy and positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • You are independent and a collaborator, able to work well on your own but also with others.
    • You love taking initiative to innovate and solve problems.
    • You are a storyteller, able to craft and weave a compelling story for your audience.
    • You have critical thinking and analytical skills, able to establish, follow and restructure processes for you and others.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating communication between company, client, and leaders.
  • Leading day to day client communication and initiatives, including understanding of business building, strategy, media, and creative projects.
  • Building rapport and credibility to engage in and foster strong relationships with clients and partner agencies.
  • Influencing the development of the highest quality work within execution teams (Creative, Media, Analytics).
  • Researching and understanding the brand, monitoring competitors and overall category, to identify implications that add value for the client in a proactive manner.
  • Taking accurate notes on client meetings, disseminating information to internal teams when necessary.
  • Assisting with building client decks, adhering to agency and client standards.
  • Managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas concurrently, while providing strategic direction for assigned clients.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Locations: Levelwing is committed to providing our team members with work environments that suit their lifestyles, as a result we operate as a remote and hybrid agency with office locations in Charleston, South Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee.
