DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with HR/Payroll related tasks to ensure deadlines and compliance are met

• Performs compliance checks of incoming New Hire packets

• Fulfills administrative functions for the HR department including filing and clerical duties

• Completes special projects by setting timelines & schedules, conducting research, and developing & organizing information

• Assists with the implementation of policies & procedures in accordance with Earthbound’s mission and core values

• Enters new employees into the ADP database

• Assists in the processing of employment verifications

• Assists in performing daily HR/Payroll related operations

• Provides excellent customer service to internal & external sources

• Ensures HR/Payroll administrative activities within the organization run efficiently

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

QUAL ITIES AND SKILLS :

• Ability to take on multiple tasks at once while maintaining strong performance, consistency, and integrity

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Customer Service is a PLUS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized

REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee/company information

• Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build relationships

• Proficient in MS Outlook, Work, and Excel

• Previous HR/Payroll experience a PLUS

• Previous experience with ADP databases a PLUS

• Previous retail experience a PLUS
