What You Would be Responsible for:


  • Evaluation, oversight, and management of  patients and potential patient care
  • QA of all clinical documentation with a thorough understanding of Oasis 
  • Excellence in management of PDGM
  • Understanding QAPI/Emergency Management/Metric analysis
  • Understanding and experience of the Accreditation and survey process to include Medicare COPs, all state and federal guidelines.
  • Participation in DON/Metric/Revenue/Educational meetings.
  • Team leader of case conferences and staff meetings.


Haven Qualification Standards: 


  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Must be licensed as a RN or LPN in the state of the HHA
  • Provide a copy of license/renewal
  • At least two 1 year of Home Care experience with at least one (1) year supervisory preferred
