Position Objective:

Chick-fil-A Denver West and I-70 & Youngfield St. are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join the team as an Office Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing the day-to-day operations of our back office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting restaurant leadership within the organization. This position will work with the Operations Director(s) to develop necessary systems and procedures to assist in our growing business and achieving goals. The Office Manager will work alongside members of our leadership team, and assist with daily operations when determined necessary by the shift manager. The Office Manager will play a key role in overall profitability, sales growth, and providing excellent customer service to our guests, vendors, and team members.

  • Cheerful and displays a positive attitude
  • Loves to serve others
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
  • At least 18 years old
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Have a reliable source of transportation
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Wage: $18-21 depending on experience and availability

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Supports all levels of restaurant leadership in both operational and administrative capacities
  • Manage office cleanliness and organization
  • Manage phone and email communications
  • Administration responsibilities including bill payment, payroll payments, HR paperwork, customer communication, etc.
  • Partnering with the Operations Director(s) to reach quarterly goals
  • Recognizing opportunities to build systems necessary to accomplish goals
  • Creating memorable experiences for each guest and seeking ways to enhance the experience
