  • We are looking for a One Shield Technical Lead with Policy experience.
  • Ideal candidates should have core upgrade experience, preferably from OS 4 to OS 6 versions.
  • Have an overall work experience ranging between 12-15 years, with at least 9+ years of Package or Product Configuration using the One Shield Dragon Designer tool in solution design, extension, customization, and post-live support experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of application development projects involving the implementation of complex business rules.
  • Expertise in configuration and development of various areas of One Shield product configuration Transactions, Coverages, Rating Worksheets, Workflow, UI, Job configuration, Experience in implementing multiple LOBs, Forms Management, Administration, Account Management, and so on.
  • Configure, build and develop One Shield Software components using One Shield metadata for Business workflows, Rating, and Statistics, Product Model, Data Modelling, Transformation, Batch jobs, Asynchronous processing, Product Designer, Leveraging One Shield SOA Web services, building microservices, etc.
  • Have previous experience with using PL or SQL, Java or J2EE, XML, XSLT, ExtJS, Jenkins or GIT or TFS, etc., or any code coverage tool and CI or CD Version Control Management.
  • Have previous experience in using app servers like IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, etc.
  • Have previous experience in using DB Servers like SQL, Oracle or DB2
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
