Job Description:
  As a Call Center Customer Service Agent at This Is Voice, you will be the frontline representative for our company, providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage inbound calls and emails from customers.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide detailed information about our services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
