Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technology Analyst to join our team. The Technology Analyst will play a crucial role in evaluating and implementing technology solutions to enhance business operations and support strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of technology trends, analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Technology Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Evaluate existing technology systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
    • Assess emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.

  2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technology projects.
    • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to determine the best approach for implementing new solutions.

  3. Project Management and Implementation:

    • Manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and vendors, to execute project plans effectively.

  4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for system issues and user inquiries.
    • Implement solutions to resolve technical challenges and optimize system performance.

  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze data from technology systems to derive insights and provide recommendations for process improvements.
    • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders on technology performance and utilization.

  6. Security and Compliance:

    • Ensure technology systems and processes comply with security policies, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Implement measures to safeguard data integrity and privacy across all technology platforms.

  7. Training and Documentation:

    • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on new technology solutions and features.
    • Maintain documentation and knowledge base for technology systems and procedures.

  8. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

    • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and innovation within technology operations.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to propose strategic initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • X+ years of experience as a Technology Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, databases, and software applications.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS) is a plus.
