Duties & Responsibilities:
- Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
- Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
- Seat guest guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
- Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server’s name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.
- Assist servers as needed.
- Have knowledge of menu items, preparation, and ingredients.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Maintain positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers clients, co-workers, and management.
Qualifications:
- No previous restaurant experience required, but helpful.
- Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 4 hours).
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and reach during shift.
We offer meal while on duty, holiday pay, sick pay, 401k after 1 year (1000 hours and age 21) and Hilton hotel discounts worldwide
