Are you prepared to embark on an exciting adventure as a Remote Travel Booking Specialist? We're actively seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to become a part of our team. In this entry-level consulting role, you will work closely with experienced professionals to craft unforgettable travel experiences for our valued clients. Prior experience or a degree in event coordination is not required – what we value most are candidates with exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a sincere passion for bringing dreams to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional communication with clients and teammates.
  • Understand and evaluate customer preferences, needs and budget.
  • Search, organize and book various travel plans, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, activities and event tickets.
  • Generate quotes, itineraries and invoices for clients.
  • Stay informed about travel industry changes and restrictions.

Requirements:

  • Entrepreneurial mentality and passion for travel
  • Reside or be a citizens of any of this countries: US, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Peru, Spain or United Kingdom
  • Reliable Internet connection, computer and/or smartphone.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, eager to learn and adapt.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Basic knowledge of tourist destinations and travel services.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry (optional).
