This role is critical in helping Hodess Cleanrooms secure new business opportunities by developing compelling, customized proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Proposal Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights necessary for crafting persuasive proposals. Develop comprehensive proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and address client needs effectively.
  • Create effective section layouts and develop content that is responsive to RFQ/RFP requirements, customize resumes/profiles, confirm team references, generate experience lists, request financial and/or legal information
  • Assist in writing clear, concise and compelling content for proposals. Ensure all content is tailored to the target audience and aligns with brand messaging and positioning.
  • Assist with the proposal development process from inception to submission. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, review drafts, and finalize content within established timelines.
  • Ensure all proposals meet high-quality standards in terms of accuracy, completeness, and formatting. Proofread and edit content to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
  • Interface with clients to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and incorporate feedback into proposal revisions. Maintain open lines of communication to ensure client needs are met satisfactorily.
  • Maintain a database of proposals, including tracking status, outcomes, and key metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future proposal strategies.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.


Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple proposals and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all proposals.
  • Understanding of the company's industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
  • Ability to develop professional creative and visually appealing proposal layouts and designs.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in proposal management, marketing & business development support
  • Experience in the construction industry.
