We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales associate on a full-time basis for our Norwich location with a proven track record of success to join our dynamic and expanding team. Our well-established company is committed to providing exceptional products and services. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our success and establish a rewarding career in sales. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the selection and purchase process. The ideal candidate will be personable, knowledgeable about our products, and dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and product knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product promotion.
  • Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Process transactions accurately through our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.


Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or sales experience is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
