The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulously trimming cannabis plants and assisting with various projects related to cultivation operations. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**


1. Trim cannabis plants with precision to ensure high quality and compliance with regulations.
2. Assist with monitoring plant health and growth throughout the cultivation process.
3. Support project initiatives by following instructions and completing tasks according to deadlines.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trimming and project-related tasks.
7. Adhere to all company policies and regulations governing the cannabis industry.

**Qualifications:**


1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Previous experience trimming cannabis plants preferred.
3. Knowledge of different cannabis strains and plant anatomy is a plus.
4. Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
5. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
8. Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Understanding of and compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.

**Physical Requirements:**


1. Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment with exposure to pollen, plant material, and varying temperatures.
