We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Sr. Warehouse Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily material flow for both good and defective parts to ensure adequate support is provided to implement standard business practices
  • Ensures stock levels and material consumption rates support production adequately
  • Supervises employees to ensure they follow the company’s policies and practices, including; counseling, time approval, performance management, etc.
  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels by following company’s talent acquisition processes and interviewing/hiring practices
  • Develop and improve strategic objectives and processes including but not limited to all compliance and appropriate legal requirements; in coordination with operations and executive leadership
  • Manage multiple projects at once; plan, arrange, organize and projects, and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage total costs which result in measurable price reductions, value, productivity improvements, and cost avoidances.
  • Communicates with customers, supply base, other department heads and management on a regularly basis updating line side support and material issues
  • Promotes a culture of safety, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance
  • Analyzes and provides regular reports to senior management highlighting areas for improvement
  • Report and present financials, projects, and goals to executive team as needed
  • Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Training and Skills

  • 4 year degree in relevant field required
  • 8 years or more of related material handling experience in a warehouse environment
  • 7 years or more experience in a hands-on supervisory role in a production or warehouse environment preferred
  • Experience with automation preferred
  • Proficient English abilities required
  • Email and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
  • Excellent time-management skills

Working Conditions and Essential Abilities & Functions

  • Warehouse Environment (May not be climate controlled)
  • Lift/Carry up to 20lbs
  • Push/pull up to 50lbs
  • Stand/walk for 8 hours
  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching
