  • Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of non-clinical ancillary staff.

  • Metrics reporting
  • Collaborates with Front Office supervisory team and managerial team between 6 practice locations.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Healthcare Administration preferred and/or 3+ years of medical office administration experience.
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • High level proficiency in Excel
  • COVID vaccination required.
