Hazel Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and spearhead the recruitment efforts for our on-site staffing needs at our apartment communities located in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will have a proven history of identifying, recruiting, and headhunting top talent, with the potential for a long-term position within our growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and qualifications for the On-Site Property Management positions.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and recommend adjustments to the recruitment strategy as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company as an employer of choice and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with experience in property management or real estate industries preferred.
- Familiarity with the Houston area and understanding of the local job market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

- Minimum 3 years experience as a successful Recruiter
