- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to improve products, services, and customer experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
