We are a leading solar energy company seeking a passionate and driven Solar Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients, helping them transition to clean, sustainable energy sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide customized solar energy solutions to clients.
  • Represent our organization and services to the public through face-to-face interactions.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with our installation and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and community outreach programs to promote our solar energy solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to post-installation follow-up.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and attend events as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Multiple Locations within Connecticut.
