HiFyve has a client in Columbia, MO that is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Food and Beverage Industry.


Salary: $80,000k-$110,000k

Shift: Nights, flexible schedule (5 day/8 hour week or 4 day/10 hour week)

Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor develops and implements preventative maintenance programs, emergency work order solutions, employee scheduling, training, discipline, and accountability. This role ensures the producibility of high-volume processing and packaging requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report deviations from Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs.
  • Ensure the proper performance of filling and processing equipment, exceeding manufacturers design parameters.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve facility PLC systems and network.
  • Participate in developing and instituting training programs for both operators and maintenance technicians.
  • Participate in the design, reconfiguration, and maintenance of all plant equipment to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support the SQF program through development, training, implementation, and compliance.
  • Maintain work, time, and materials records, and keep shop parts inventories and general building maintenance.
  • Develop spare part inventories.
  • Assist maintenance technicians with repairs as needed.
  • Train maintenance team members and other plant employees.


Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ability to manage emergency work orders and employee scheduling.
  • Skills in employee training, discipline, and accountability.
  • Expertise in monitoring and ensuring the performance of processing equipment.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining PLC systems and networks.
  • Experience in designing, reconfiguring, and maintaining plant equipment.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs.
  • Ability to maintain accurate work, time, and materials records.
  • Experience in developing spare part inventories.
