Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Type: Project-Based Consulting Role

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our client's company on a project basis. The client operates in the finance sector and is known for its innovative approach to investment management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and acquiring top talent to meet the client's staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential hires.

  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to identify the best fit for the client's requirements.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the client's hiring managers, providing a seamless recruitment experience.

  • Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment activities are legally compliant.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Data Management: Keep detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Contract Details:

Type: Project-based consulting role, on an as-needed basis.

Duration: Initial project with the possibility of extension based on performance and client needs.
