Travel Sales Job

Travel Sales Universal Luxury ResortsAbout the Job

Universal Luxury Resorts, a leading company in the Marketing & Advertising industry, is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in the Vacation Sales department. As an Universal Luxury Resort staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our travel sales operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements
  • Promote and sell vacation packages to potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
  • Manage accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new travel destinations
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Communicate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and develop strategies
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
Requirements
  • Previous experience in travel sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Proficient in using travel booking software and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications in travel or tourism are a plus
