Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care coverage for open shifts and manage client support.
- Pick up timesheets and deliver necessary supplies to clients.
- Conduct supervisor visits and offer companionship and conversation.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Perform errands, grocery shopping, and support clients with recreational activities.
- Offer personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming) and help with Alzheimer's care.
- Support mobility, transferring, positioning, and medication reminders.
- Participate in training and complete off-site orientations.
- Age 18 or older with a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from Benton Harbor.
- Flexible scheduling with various shift options (morning, evening, night).
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or family) is required.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Competitive pay ranging from $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
