Estetica Mia A Jurlique Lifestyle Spa in Santa Barbara, CA is looking for one salon chair rental to join our team. We are located on 3311 State St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up salon perform customized hair treatments
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the salon
  • Properly consult with clients and create customized treatments plans
  • Provide professional cosmetology services
  • Customized experiences to customers specifications
  • Product knowledge and recommendations for at home care
  • Provide clients with a 5 star relaxing experience

  • You have a strong work ethic and are inspired to increase salon and spa growth by connecting and being of service to present clients as well as connecting with potential clients through social media, and community outreach with the intention of making our sales goals.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working as a cosmetologist with clientele
  • Familiarity with cosmetology services
  • Familiarity with natural and holistic products
  • Certifications may apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of providing a high standard of customer service

  • Flat rental fee of $1200 willing or 35% commission of retail and services (willing to negotiate)
  • 35% retail commission
