As a Fulfillment Team Member (Lead) you will be responsible for overseeing the picking and packing of orders and ensuring that the fulfillment process runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all shipping activities, including order processing, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping preparation
  • Work using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations
  • Ship domestically and internationally, following all international guidelines and laws
  • Provide training and support to the team as needed to meet the shipping goals and standards
  • Communicate goals and expectations to individuals and teams on tasks
  • Continually find ways to improve processes
  • Ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping of orders
  • Participating in other support functions as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

  • Full-time: 6:30 am-3:00 pm, Monday-Friday onsite at our West Sacramento warehouse
  • Pay starts at $21.00/hr

  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to reliably utilize hands for repetitive physical tasks
  • Self-starter; able to work both on a team and independently
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous fulfillment or picking/packing experience a plus
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Shipstation, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office products are a plus
